These Department of Health, Royal Street Divisions’ Employee Grievance Resolution Guidelines should be read in conjunction with the WA Health Employee Grievance Resolution Policy (the policy) published by Operational Directive (OD 0138/08) on 16 July 2008 which can be accessed at: ?????
The policy ensures that employees have every opportunity to express grievances and have them resolved in a fair, equitable and prompt manner. The policy and these guidelines apply to any grievance in relation to work, the work environment or working relationships as defined by the policy.
These guidelines apply to all Department of Health, Royal Street Divisions’ employees. This includes:
- full-time, part-time or casual staff
- permanent or fixed term contract, and
- staff employed under all Awards.
